Work has started on the construction of a multi-purpose hall despite challenges in transporting materials in the heavy rains.
The outside shell (only) of the dining hall and the Kitchen area will cost $34,470. Due to the Make a Difference donation plus donations by three individuals this amount is already raised. We thank God and all of you for this provision.
The next stage will be finishing the internal walls and fitting out of the kitchen.
During late 2016 and into early 2017 the walls were finally rendered and the floor tiling completed.
The kitchen area is nearly complete.
This project is now complete and was commisioned and named "The Geelong Hall" on 26th Oct 2017
